I grew my own advertising agency McBeard to a multi-million-dollar social media powerhouse, leading campaigns for Coca-Cola, 20th Century Fox, Disney, AT&T, Sony Pictures, Universal, Mary Kay, and many more.
I guided McBeard's acquisition by Fullscreen in 2015 and played a key role in its later acquisition by AT&T, rising from leader of the social media agency division to EVP, marketing and communication for all of Otter Media, a digital brand operating company within AT&T's WarnerMedia.
My creative drive and approachable leadership style helped me build a culture that led to McBeard's inclusion in Ad Age's Best Places to Work list and nabbed me a spot on their annual 40-under-40 list. I'm an energetic speaker and creator of the podcast series King of Networking.
